Virgil Abloh‘s Off-White™ returns with its Spring/Summer 2020 Collection, dubbed “Meteor Strike”. Inspired by both space and the strength of women highlighted by a diverse cast of powerful supermodels as seen on the SS20 runway show, the range encompasses everything from t-shirts and sweatshirts to dresses and tailored jackets, alongside a reimagined array of the label’s iconic Jitney and Diag bags.
Referencing the concept of the “meteor shower” as well as Virgil’s affectionate nod to Emmental cheese, notable pieces such as the Swiss Cheese Tank Top, Cut Here Crewneck Sweatshirt, Hole Baggy Jeans and Hole Flat Pochette arrive with cut-out detailing throughout. Elsewhere, the Gabardine Tomboy Blazer and 1.4 Jitney Bag come with the same “CUT HERE” motifs on the front and at back. Another highlight is the Diag Round Bag which features the brand’s recognizable diagonal prints and blinder clip on the front, and is available in black and white. Rounding out the range is a concise lineup of athleisure designs like the Active Seamless Crop Top, Active Cycling Shorts and New Baseball Cap, alongside a slew of logo-laden accessories including the Mini Industrial Belt, Logo Hair Clip and Elite Label Keyring.
